Hello mods! I am stuck between two potential characters so clearly I need to ask dumb questions to help me pick one;

- Are there TVs in this world since there are smartphones? Asking due to a character being able to stick his hand in devices with screens.
- Would Persona characters be able to summon their Personas without the usual outside influence (Dark Hour, TV World, Metaverse) and this is not just so Yu could use Izanagi's sword to Til the earth (but also so he can use the giant sword to Til the earth)
